BC Rangers is an independent collective of Black Rock and Regional Rangers living in Victoria, Vancouver, and neighbouring regions. As our community grows, the need for Rangers grows with it. Our mission is to provide Black Rock and Regional Ranger training, and to draw together a network of Black Rock and Regional Rangers to support our shared communities and local events.
